I ordered photos online to be printed at this store. I received a text at 5:19 pm saying my photos were ready to be picked up, I showed up to the store at 7:55 pm to pick them up. When I walked up to the photo counter,no one was there. I pushed the button on the credit card pad, to alert an associate. It took over 10 minutes for someone to show up. When an associate finally come to the counter, all he could find was an empty envelope with my name on it. The associate then told me the photo tech is on a break and I would have to wait. When I asked him how long he just walked away. About 3 minutes later another associate showed up and asked if he could help me, I told him I was there to pick up the pictures and all they could find was an empty envelope. He looked up my order and the asked another associate, that was passing by, to take a look at it. It took over 30 minutes at that point for them to print 2 photos. They then charged me full price and walked away. I would think that I would have received at least an apology for this not being done when I showed up.

To Manager Robert Fligge My husband and I were in Rochester for appointments at the Mayo Clinic. My husband forgot his Novolog Insulin. We thought your pharmacy could obtain the script from our local Walmart Pharmacy in Angola, IN. Rick had just filled his script before we left for Rochester. We use a Mekesson discount card for this script. By using that card we save a couple hundred dollars. Your employee, Alyssa Anway went above and beyond not just once but twice trying to help us with obtaining the ok to transfer the script. As it turned out we were unable to get this done BUT this was no fault of your employee. She put a great deal of time and effort in trying to help us. She did all of this with a pleasant attitude and a smile on her face. We ended up buying the OTC Insulin which worked just fine. You're very fortunate to have such a caring and attentive employee.
