Very disappointed in this dentist office! During a routine exam several cavities were found and the business office went over what my insurance company covered and what I would be responsible for. I was told that my portion of the bill would be $400 and the rest would be covered by my insurance. After having the work done and paying $400, I got a bill in the mail for $150 from the dentist office. I contacted the business office and was told that the cost they gave me was only an estimate. I was also told that they were doing me a favor by even accepting Health Partners Insurance and I should have known that it was my responsibility to verify coverages by contacting my insurance before having the work done. I will never go back to this dentist office and I would highly recommend to anyone that does to verify exactly what the work is going to cost before having any work performed.
