When I let some months slip by without making an appointment when I should have done, the Link office reminded me a couple of times, until I got the job done. Once there, I was greeted cheerfully by everyone, my cleaning job was done gently, efficiently and in good time. When Dr. Link came in he was his usual jovial, friendly self, corrected a problem I was having with partials and decided to remove a back tooth going bad. All of this time I was relaxed, felt surrounded by friendly, smiling people who cared about me. Dr. Link is the best dentist I've ever had.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Link for about ten years and are extremely happy with the dental care we have received. We highly recommend him and his staff without any reservation and have sent several of our friends to see him. Dr. Link and his team are friendly and very professional. I had to switch dentists because I moved and had been seeing the same one for almost 20 years. I was nervous to switch, but very glad I found this great group of people. They are very gentle and courteous. See you again in 6 months!

As always my experience was enjoyable. I know that sounds silly but the family of Dr. Link and his staff is family. They care about and for their patients as family. I usually am very satisfied with Dr. Link and the care I receive from his team. This particular day was not one of those days. My appointment was at 4:00 pm, I did not leave until after 6:00pm. During this time I waited 20 minutes between having my teeth polished (which they did before the scaling), and having my teeth scaled. I prefer to have my teeth polished after everything else is done. However, I then waited another 30-40 minutes after my "scaling" and before Dr. Link actually could see me. Further, when leaving I was handed an "estimate" for the next filling that needs to be done, but no one had actually set up an appointment for this, nor really explained why I was coming back for yet another filling when I just had two fillings done on this visit. Further, no one set up a follow-up 6 month cleaning when I pointed this out to the lady who took my money she said; Oh, do you want to make an appointment now. By this time I was tired of being in the office and was late for another appointment so I left saying I would call them back to make these 2 appointments. As I said in the beginning this has not been my previous experience with this office. However, this visit was not pleasant nor satisfactory. Laying in a dentist chair for two hours is hard on someone with lower back issues.
