I'm sure the dentistry work was fine, I don't remember, it was 5 years ago. What was not fine was waking up to a call from my in-laws, who received a call from a collection agency about a bill from 5 years ago, which I never received in that time. I would strongly discourage anyone that needs to see a dentist to find another one, as this one can't seem to get their bill system straight and send a notice of payment before reporting anything to the collections agency.

Dr Dunning did a good job,the office girls were nice BUT I asked & was told more than one time what the cost would be.I paid this amount after the work was done. All was well & good until a bill came in the amount of four times the amount I had already paid. We went back to the office to try to find out what was going on. We were told we had a 0 balance, okay we should have gotten this in writing. To make a long story short we received yet another bill today. After calling we were told we owed still another amount. Beware! I would not recommend this office to anyone. Up-date got a different balance due yesterday! Will this NEVER END???

Dr. Dunning is an amazing dentist. He's got a great sense of humor, he is patient and he always explains what he's doing. His staff is incredible as well. The front-office is so friendly and polite and every technician I have worked with has been so knowledgeable and cheerful. I used to have a fear of getting my teeth worked on. Dr. Dunning and his staff have helped me turn that around!
