Thank you Michael and Mark in the Tire center. I had a blowout on my hay baler in the middle of nowhere and they stayed late just to help me out. Also a big thank you to Clint the night manager for allowing them to do it. I hope no one gets in trouble for helping!

Best Walmart in Missouri. Clean. Friendly. Very helpful. The only Walmart I will do business with. Period

I received the worst customer service possible yesterday. I am pregnant with my first and had 3D ultrasound done yesterday. I went to Walmart to print off the photos to share with friends and family. Not only were the machines acting up but once my pictures printed there was black ink bleeding all over my babys face in every photo. I showed the lady at the nearest register and she said "I don't work in photo, find another person." I asked 3 more people who all had the same attitude...Waste of time, I will never shop at Walmart again.

I remember when Walmart was a threat, a name that held water. But for someone to keep track of their every movement outside of their department, where is the customer service in that? So if I have to ask for help from someone, which is how they used to be trained, they have to worry how long they have to help me according to a telxon before it alarms at them? Talk about big brother stalking you, via a automatic electronic device. Associates were trained to help the customer find what they we looking for, not find the next available associate. Shame on the new management!

This walmart does not follow their low price guarantee, Found same item for $32 at a competitor it was $118 at walmart but they did not honor this , and the employee and manager got rude with me, They basically told me to shut up and leave. I told them this is clearly false advertising and i will find a lawyer they told me to go ahead so i guess walmart likes lawsuits they already about 10 of not more so what would one more hurt. We need to get a class action against their false advertising policies.
