I have been trying to get a script filled for 26 days. This is a new script but because of Prior Scripts I am not entiltled to this script according to Walgreens. I mistakely handed them the written script from my Doctor at the time they refuse to return it to me. After this script is filled it will be transfered. Points?-The hassle far out ways 500 points,

This wal greens is horrible the customer service suck they re rude they've mesed up on my perscription twice and the manager debbie isn't any better then a manager at a ghetoo mc donalds

The people that are working at their clinic are mean and rude. I have been there twice. I have been treated the same way. The lady that is out front acts like it’s an inconvenience to ask a question. Then I was very embarrassed when I was given a cup to pee into, right in front of everyone in the store! Was it legal for her to let everyone setting there and standing around know I was there for a bladder infection? I felt that my personal information was being shared with the complete store. It sure did not feel right. I had to use their bathroom for my illness. One toilet had brown stuff all over the seat. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom! Was this a medical place??? I told the rude lady at the clinic and the nurse what I saw, both said that’s just the way it is here at Walgreens. I wanted to walk out the front door but I had waited a long time with pain. Then two nurses started talking about someone that they worked with and how they did not like this other person and how she did something. Then the lady that could not even look up from her desk for me was all ears to that conversation and even laughed at what they were saying. I called their “hot line” and this woman who finally called me back was just as rude and condescending. My ADVICE stay away from Walgreen clinics and their bathrooms.

We come here frequently to get prescriptions filled, quick and good service. Don't listen to all of the overly picky people
