During this weekend, this particular Walmart will be servicing 10s of thousands more customers, then what they would normally service, due to the International Event called, OK DDay. DDay is a paintball event, that puts 4400 players on opposing teams, and battle it out to maintain paintball superiority over a 700 plus acre field. These players, bring families, and support staff, and in total the local community gains 10 to 15 thousand people over a course of the week long event. Most of these people are traveling from all out of state, and many are coming from out of country. They are fresh off of a plane, and do not have the gear needed, to camp at the field for the duration of a week, they all purchase the needed supplies at your community during this timeframe. It was said at this particular walmart, that "DDay'ers steal, so we are checking all of your bags, before you leave. This was said, not only by a cashier, but also by a customer service manager. Even though I dont doubt there has been some loss, and thefts during the course of this weekend, that does not necessarily mean that it was DDay-ers that did it. It could be that the influx of that many people, has made your local people see a hole in your security, so they picked up their desire to steal. It could be that some of them were DDayers... however, the fact that thousands of transactions are being placed at your location, by the support of OkDDAY, shows that their are much more positives then a few items being stolen during the week. I am not a thief, if I saw a known DDAY-er stealing, I wouldve reported them to Dday Staff, and had their player card removed, (thus preventing them from participating in any of the events) Your Walmart, really needs to change this policy of harassing their customers, it is not right, and it isnt right to point fingers at all of the DDay-ers
Stopped by on our way home for gas, but the attendant closed down the pumps 15 minutes early. So we spent our money else where...too bad for Walmart...we filled up!!
Beyond rude. When asking for help shoppers are often ignored.
This rating is for the Tire and Lube Express. I went to get a couple of tires on the back, and when I pulled up, there was nobody to check me in. Every other Wal Mart I went to had someone walk up to my car, ask what I need, and take my keys. I have been here several times and have had to walk in, wait in line (behind people buying a single bottle of armor-all, LOL!) *then* someone walks out and gets my VIN. It's about fifteen to twenty minutes just to get your ticket up. If you need tires, go to the local mom and pop shops. They need the money, they aren't that much more expensive, the brands are good, and the service is better. Don't believe me? Just try Wal-Mart for all your tire needs. You won't make that mistake twice, though.
Most of the employees are rude and treat you as a lesser person. Mostly my biggest complaint is the women that work the evening shift at the customer service station. They are the essence of BAD EMPLOYEE. If you want your customers to return dont be rude to them. Although the manager said that walmart can afford to loose the business of a few people . Well so be it.
