I had braces as a kid, but didn't wear my retainer like I was supposed to. My bottom teeth went crooked again and I finally decided it was time to get them fixed again. When I went in, I told Dr. Simmons I wanted them fixed as quickly and efficiently as possible, so we decided on a fairly aggressive approach. Now, 8.5 month later, I got my braces off yesterday. I'm very pleased with the results and the short time span it took. I had a full mouth of braces for 4 years as a teen, so this was great! Things have changed a lot in the last 20 years. I now have a permanent retainer so I shouldn't have any problems with them going crooked again. Now if only I could get my tongue to stop messing with it..... The whole staff is very friendly and make it, dare I say, pleasant to have braces?!? Thank you Harmony Smiles for the great job!

It was finally time to get those braces and as soon as we walked in the door---we felt this sense of "family" and that you belonged there. They treated me as if I was their own. As for Dr. Simmons, he completes this family feeling in the office. ALL of them are nice and pleasant and that is really all you need---to know that you will be taken care of. My parents, of course, had to handle business (insurance, payments, etc.) and they thought everything went flawlessly and smoothly. They just know what they're doing! " When I walked in I was greeted kindly, then when my paperwork didn't come thru for some reason the receptionist was extremely kind and had me fill it out again. I was there 5 mins before they came to get both my girls....what a relief. We were taken on a tour where everyone said hello and my girls were introduced by name to each person. Once in a room they were treated kindly and spoken directly to. I was very impressed when we were offered to start the spacers right there on the spot to keep me from having to come back. When my daughter had a meltdown over the spacers, the girls treated her very kindly, but firm to get her to continue! I will def recommend your practice to anyone else I come across looking for orthodontics! I am very happy with our first experience. The doctor was great at answering my questions and concerns as well, and I was pleased when he advised us to wait until their teeth matured to start treatment!
