This is a fantastic dental office! I've never had a problem and the place is always very clean and service prompt.

I have been a part of multiple bad experiences with this practice. The first one was through my fiance, who had made a routine cleaning appointment. At the end of the phone call to schedule she was asked if there were any areas of her mouth that were concerning her, and she said yes, some mild pain in one area. When she showed up for her cleaning, they informed her that she would NOT be getting a cleaning, just an evaluation by the dentist. The cleaning she thought she would be getting would have to be scheduled for another time. I was hesitant to schedule an appointment with them as a new patient, but I tried anyway. At the end of a long conversation, after giving them all my info, I had to ask specifically in order to learn that they don't schedule cleanings for new patients on their first visit. I have never been to a dentists office in my life that has that policy, and was irritated that they were not upfront about it. Since I was tight on time, I did not cancel the appointment immediately. Instead, I called around and found an office willing to clean my teeth on an initial visit, and called to cancel my appointment with Premier about 15 minutes after initially making the appointment. While I was happy with the service at the office I eventually chose, their treatment plan seemed excessive and I wanted to seek a second opinion on my Xrays. I called Premier again, and was informed that any new patient who cancels an appointment is banned from the practice. I was stunned that canceling an appointment 15 minutes after making it (still days in advance of the actual appointment) could get me permanently banned from a practice. After those 3 experiences, it is probably for the best that I don't deal with these folks anyway. Not sure where these good reviews come from, but I didn't have a single good experience with them. If they are going to punish customers for changing their minds with plenty of notice, I'll go ahead and post an online review.

the dentists here are terrible. a friend of mine went there and recieved a quote for a cap. they did not honor the quote and bumped the price up after doing the work. Surprise!!! the saddest part is the cap keeps coming lose. i have never heard of such shoddy work and lack of professionalism. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

I find Dr. Jay Hauser to be patient and kind with all of his patients. He answers all of their questions, and has a relentless eye for quality and aesthetics. I would recommend him and this practice to anyone!

I was very disappointed with the service here! I arrived early for my appointment, as they suggested, however the office didn't even open or answer phone calls until 7:30, the time my appointment was scheduled for! I didn't get called to see the dentist until almost 8:10. The people at the front desk were rude and not friendly. There was nothing to do while waiting for the appointment, they provided a few old magazines and did not bother to apologize for the wait! The dental assistant didn't introduce herself or even hardly talk to me! I did like my dentist, I found her to be nice and professional, however, I feel like if your looking for a good dentist, there are probably other nice ones out there that don't force you to put up with this unprofessional and rude environment! I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. Since when did customer service go out the door and it become acceptable? Also, there was no welcoming decor in the office, no wall art, TVs, or anything personal. The place, to be honest, felt dirty! I think it really shows a lot about how much they value there patients when a place is not kept up well! I asked the receptionist for a satisfaction survey, she said I could fill it out online, however their website is not working...hmm.
