I've went to see Dr. Frack since I was in high school and over the years while being in the military and Dale is truely great at what he does! He's always happy to see his customers and really cares about you living a better life and doing what he can to get you there. I've been to many chiropractors and I've never met one like Dale. I'd recommend that anyone go and see him and his staff.

They give you a brief massage first to get your muscles to relax, and then Dr. Frack gives an excellent, gentle adjustment that makes you feel two inches taller. The staff are personable and the doctor is friendly and experienced. Plus, there is a gym next door with 24 hour access that he also owns, and both the gym and his practice are extremely affordable and effective.

I've been adjusted by several chiropractors. Frack is far & away THE BEST. & he's super affordable!
