The service at the Urgent Care is great. They always take good care of my children when we visit. However, their billing is unsatisfactory. I have stopped going to St. Luke's Urgent Care and now go to Walgreen's Care Now. Every visit to St. Luke's Urgent Care gets billed to the insurance as an ER visit, then I try to call and get it corrected and since I'm not on the children's insurance policy, the staff will not discuss with me. I refuse to pay more than my co-pay just because they cannot get the billing correct. Subsequently I get a threating collection notice. Too much aggravation for me!

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here... after having been to the ER already I ended up at St. Lukes and they took the time to really listen and determine what was wrong and give me the correct prescription. Not only were they all kind and understanding but they even called me the next day to make certain I was doing okay! Very impressed, I'd recommend them to anyone needing urgent care!
