I have been to Chiropractors ALL my life....from Wadesboro in the early 70s to Charlotte, Greensboro, Kannapolis, Richmond & Roanoke Virginia, to Washington, DC and Boone, NC.......and twice as many different practitioners; finally I found who I "thought"...The BEST" - who is in Charlotte! I would travel from Richmond, or Roanoke, DC and from Beech Mountain......all the way to see my "Guy" in Charlotte............UNTIL............ Dr.Joe Nitti FINALLY came to Banner Elk!! WHOA! What a difference!! Not only does he KNOW his "stuff"....he has empathy for every patient who walks in his door in pain!! Plus, he will NOT stop or send you away.....until he has eliminated OR greatly reduced your discomfort! He is a great Family man (5 daughters), Very CARE-ing, his new community and "gives" his ALL to every civic organization who solicits his help! I cannot say enough about this Doctor! IF you have back/hip/shoulder/knee/arms/feet or hand PAIN - Give him a try - you WON'T REGRET IT!!!

Dr. Nitti is great!! I tweaked my back on the slopes and could hardly walk. I called his office and quickly realized he was closed the morning I called. I left a message and he took time out of his day off to come in and meet me. I couldn't ask for a better experience from someone who obviously loves what he does! Not only did he greatly help me, but was very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this firm to anyone in need of care. Thank you!

Dr Nitti, from Back in Action in Banner Elk, NC worked on my neck and back today Oct 23 2013. He relieved my pain almost instantly with his knowledge of the body. His techniques and equipment are modern and new. I would recommend his services to any one in pain or need of adjustment.
