VERY RUDE PEOPLE TRY CALLING THEM AND THEY GET REALLY UGLY AND ALL I WANTED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ABOUT A LABTOP FOR MY DAUGHTER

At customer service there were three ladies behind the counter and one register was being used.Several people in line and two female employees were talking and the one lady working was trying to explain money orders to a customer.You would expect excellent employees working at customer service just because they are the ones to handle mistakes and are the ones who assure repeat customers.The manager even went into the office while all this was going on.It is my opinion that the management team needs to remember the number 1 rule which is customer service.The other post reflect the same opinion.I assume that is why the owner put down friendly service instead of customer service.If the employees would quit being friendly to each other and focus on the customer it would be nice.I also assume the labor is high,they are not matching last year sales and the shrink is high.They also prob blame it on the economy at meetings.It ticks me off to see a employee just walk up and the employee waiting on me stops service and starts talking about why sally did not show up or conversations pertaining to things other than work.Just be glad I am not your Regional Manager because rest assured all management would be fired and I would hand pick my management team and train them myself according to policies and Walmart regulations.Customer service is a reflection of management period!

Very tired of being accosted by the rude old woman on the way out of the store. Why are you checking receipts?? Who don't you trust,,the customer or the employee???? Tired of it and won't be back

I have never been to this walmart but I called and I got the electronics, let me tell you something. the guy that picked up at 11 pm was totally rude

Need more chairs for the handicap
