This time last year I had an appointment at this eye doctor and the level of great customer service they exuded was unmatched. This year, I am not sure if they had a change in staff or what, but the secretary that picked up the phone was SO RUDE! I called in to schedule my yearly eye exam and told her that I had submitted my information online to schedule an appointment for Thursday. Her response was (she cut me off before I could finish) "MA'AM that online thing doesn't work, it's just a suggestion". What the HECK does that even mean? So they had no clue I had made an appointment for Thursday. Instead of asking me if I wanted to make an appointment since "the online thing doesnt work that is just a suggestion" she went straight into asking me my contact information without even apologizing for the wasted effort of my submitting my appointment online to avoid all of this (I even had to put on the online thing ALL of my insurance and everything). I tried to give her my contact info, and also voice a concern that I had put all my private information online, and ask her about where that information went but before I could even finish asking the first question she interrupts me for the FOURTH time that call to say "MA'AM MA'AM MA'AM can you hold I am trying to delete your old information" she hadn't heard a WORD I had said and was the most rude, unprofessional person I had ever dealt with. Every time I tried to say a sentence she was cutting me off and ignoring me. I was trying to be nice but by the end of the call I was so frustrated by her rudeness I told her to just forget it I would take my business elsewhere. I will no longer be needing the services of this eye doctor, there are TOO MANY good ones in Greensboro to not have any of my issues addressed, for them to not even know my appointment was made 2 days ago online, for their "online thing to not work its just a suggestion" etc. I will be taking my business ELSEWHERE!

My entire family have been patients of Dr. Oman for many years. We have always had a good experience whether we were there for an exam, glasses, or contacts. We are always seen in a timely fashion and the entire staff is very friendly and helpful. My husband had to undergo surgery on both eyes several years ago and Dr. Oman handled the referral for him. I have referred many friends to her office over the years and they have all been pleased with the care also.

Wonderful practice - I was referred by my pastor last year when it was time for my exam. I had not found any practice that fit me well. I have now - just went for my second annual check up with them and found them to be the best! Friendly knowledgeable staff. I never feel rushed with Dr. Johnson and she always takes her time and answers all my questions. The Optic team were most excellent! Happy Happy Happy patient!

Caring, attentive staff. I have complex issues and Dr. Oman takes the time to explain things in detail and discuss the best option. I've been going to her for several years after having had difficulty finding quality optical care with excellent patient service in Greensboro, I continue to be very pleased.

They were so kind and helpful. They really worked with me to find the best prescription that worked for reading my music, school books and working on a computer. They checked everything multiple times to make sure it was just right, especially with my contact fitting. This help carried over when picking out my frames. I love my new glasses, and are already planning to go back for prescription sunglasses.
