My wife and I also moved here from New England a couple of years ago. I first tried a well known dentist in Chapel Hill last summer. After charging me an extraordinary amount for an exam, they handed me a print out of an estimate in the thousands of dollars for recommended treatment. There was no rapport, no real discussion of options. They didn't even clean my teeth but pushed me to begin this major treatment regiment before anything. Dr. Eric and his team are the opposite and what one would hope for with a family dentist. They are very cordial, very professional, very gentle, and will work with your budget, schedule, etc.., without being pushy.

My visit with Dr. Steinbicker and his staff was nothing short of amazing! I came in for an emergency visit on a Saturday and they welcomed me with open arms. I couldn't even find another dentist open on Saturday. My tooth was broken but Dr. Steinbicker fixed it just in time for the wedding I had to go to that afternoon. I highly recommend this practice to anyone. I can't imagine what more I would want. They're friendly, gentle, caring and know what they're doing! Thanks guys!!!
