Everyone is well informed and up-to-date on the latest trends in contacts, eye exams, and glasses. Dr. Mills has given me hope that I will be seeing better than I have for years. (Had RK surgery years ago.)

Great place to check your eyes!

As both corroboration and counterpoint to taylor1, MoMom and Julie, my experience with Eye Care Center was a pretty good time ago. Dr. Mills was an exceptional practitioner; professional, personable and skilled. Unfortunately, I was moved to try another eye care practice because of problems on the other side of the business; getting correct glasses fitted correctly and complications with billing because of the attendant adjustments. At one point, when I complained to the technician that my vision with my new glasses was not up to what I had been previously experiencing, she told me my correction was "good enough." As my most recent practitioner has gone out of business, I am now looking to find a replacement and was considering trying them again. It is a really expensive and important purchase so it was really disheartening to hear that similar problems still exist. With the exception that I was completely satisfied with my most recent practitioner, I guess I fall into taylor1’s category of those who can not be satisfied, no matter what.

If I could rate this place a negative star I would. I have been wearing corrective lenses for almost 30 years and have had nothing but problems since I went to my first appointment in Oct of 09. I am still waiting on the correct pair of eyeglasses. The staff seems very incompetent and treated me like I did not know what I was talking about. I went to this location based on insurance coverage and the reviews from this website. Looking back, I now find it very suspicious that all the positive reviews were entered on the same exact date. Avoid this place if you can.
