I have been using Dr. Bansal's office for the last few years. His staff is very friendly and I actually enjoy my visits when I go. They take their time and don't make me feel like they are rushing through a cleaning or procedure. Additionally, when I do go I do not feel like they are finding problems to finance a new Porche or pool or something (my last dentist I did feel like this...) I would recommend you pay a visit here when in need of dental care.

Hard to LOVE any dentist, lol, but Dr. Bansal and his staff are terrific!

Dr. Bansal is an exceptional dentist. I live on the south end of Chapel Hill and it's a 15 minute drive for me. Dentistry is a combination of skill and gadgets. Dr. Bansal has it all! He has a very sure hand and is good at limiting pain and discomfort, he does good looking work, AND he's got very up-to-date gadgets including very low-dose X-rays and cabinets that open hands-free (limits infection possibilities). AND on top of all that he has a great ability to put himself in the shoes of the patient and look at dentistry from a cost/benefit point of view. He will tell you when he thinks something may not be durable or valuable enough to be worth trying. I feel lucky to have found him and I recommend him whenever I hear that someone needs a dentist.

Dr. Bansal is the best dentist I have ever used. I found his practice several years ago when I woke up with a severe tooth ache. I went to my dentist who misdiagnosed the problem and wanted to send me to an oral surgeon. Dr. Bansal gave me a 2nd opinion (at no charge) and sent me to have a root canal. He saved my tooth and has been my dentist ever since. He is gentle and has a wonderful demeanor. He is fair and will work with your budget to help you figure out the best course of treatment. He even guided me to MOM (Missions of Mercy) to help a good friend who had severe oral problems due to type 1 diabetes. He is all heart and the #1 dentist in my book. I've recommended him many times.

Dr. Bansal loves what he does and likes people as well as the latest gadgets! He is a lovely human being & a great dentist. Makes my last dentist look like an incompetent auto mechanic.
