I hated my experience here because I didn't even get the opportunity to have one. I called after pulling a muscle in my neck at work and was told they could get me in first thing in the morning. Scheduled an appointment for 9 am and showed up on time. When I sign in I sit there for about 5 minutes when one of the receptionists calls my name. I would disagree with whoever posted that they were professional... they told that they would have to treat me as a same day appointment and couldn't see me until 1:30 because I am a new patient. When I scheduled this appointment, I explained it had to be in the morning because I had other stuff planned for the afternoon. This was my only day off and because of this place I will have to go another 10 days before I can see someone because I work and have a reserve drill coming up this weekend. I might have tried to schedule an appointment for a different day if she didn't make me feel like such an inconvenience. They ask all rudely if I have insurance... Even though I told the guy on the phone when scheduled the appointment I did. Where I work, if you have a NEW customer you always accommodate to their needs. I have sat outside a customers house for over an hour just to make sure they were taken care of. This place obviously doesn't need or want my business. I was excited to finally get my back looked at as I was a paratrooper and my lower back has been in pain for years. I am now going to travel outside of Wilson for chiropractic care.

The staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Kurtz does not mind taking time to educate his patients. I would recommend his services to anyone. Julia, Jennifer, and Brittany are all awesome! Dr. Kurtz couldn't have any better assistants :)

I have been to numerous chiropractors over the last two and a half decades and have never received better care. The doctor insisted I get x-rayed prior to any treatment, and it is a critically good practice he observes as he discovered the source of my pain and numbness pointing out the approximate age of the injury.

I had problems with my lower back and neck @right shoulder, in the time that i have been going to Kurtz Chiropractic, Dr.Kurtz and Dr.Light have helped me work with the pain and as of right now i have no lower back or nerve pain .. Thank you both for a job well done. I will continue to visit for my adjustments to keep all pain at bay.. Thanks to all of the staff , new and old for a job well done. Emma

Dr. Kurtz provides the finest chiropractic care I've received over the past 30 years. His techniques are patient-focused and specific to your needs. I've moved from the area, but always make my way to Wilson when doing business in the area. I highly recommend him and his courteous staff.
