I've been going to this CVS since it was on Jonestown Road! All but 2 of the pharmacy personnel are new. They are young people just starting out and this is a HIGH VOLUME store! Don't blame the personnel, blame the management. Management knows the amount of volume (service) that this store has and when it has the highest amount of nee for /service. They should make sure enough staff is present to handle peak times. These young people are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. Patience is a virtue and understanding is too! Give what you want to receive...... remember what it was like for you as a young person starting out...... you want to see change? Talk to the management/write corporate. But, don't take it out on the personnel.... they're just doing the best they can! I say THANK YOU CVS PERSONNEL for the wonderful job you have done, are doing and will do!
The cashier does not have any good behavior with him. As I come to the store, he does not say, "Welcome to CVS.", "Thank you.", "Have a nice day." Also, when I used my sister's phone number for CVS membership, the coupon was printed, and then the cashier trashed it. Because I'm an asian and I have to be discriminated from a cashier? I recommend you to go to walgreens instead of this store.
The pharmacy gave me the incorrect dosage on one of my prescriptions. When I contacted them to get an explanation or at least an apology, they were rude to me. Will never go to a CVS pharmacy again and if you get medicine there please ask questions and triple check them because I think that this location is unorganized, uncaring, and that they make errors which could potentially be life threatening.
Very poor service and rude pharm techs/pharmD. Pharmacy is unable to adapt customer volume. My refills are never ready when requested so i have to request meds be ready a day before i actually decide to pick them up. Unfamiliar of the exact job descriptions of the techs but i watched one return from lunch today (again while waiting for my med) and leave from behind the counter to chat with her husband/bf for 5min on the store floor while ppl waited for service. Regardless of how busy a buisness gets, good customer service (time, manners) from employees is necessary. Worst cvs i've ever been to.
I will never shop at this location again! The lady at the checkout was very rude and unhelpful. I had a 40.00 return with the receipt and yet they still couldnt take the item back because my husband had made the purchase the day before! I have never heard of this before. Its not like I needed the cash or anything but I did take 45 minutes out of my already very busy day to make that return and ended up having my time wasted completely! She spoke in a very loud voice asking the manager if they could take the item back for cash because it had been purchased with my husbands check card! She made me feel like I was doing something wrong! And everyone in the line behind me Im sure were thinking the same thing! CVS is the only pharmacy I have ever used and up until today I have been pleased with the service I was getting. I am thinking it may be time for me to change pharmacies.
