Went there the other day. Prices are fair on most items. Customer service is mediocre and they have the same issue as Walmart. Not enough cashiers. The cashier we had was talking for several minutes to another co-worker and overly chatty. She was fair as far as speed but insisted on putting things in a different order than how I was putting it the buggy. Like wanting to put other items on top of our eggs. The slower people are cashiers and the friendly ones are managers and presenters. This store is well laid out and worth visiting. Just be prepared for a slow check-out.

Just wanted to commend "Dan" and the tire department for helping us with an emergency problem right at closing time on Sunday the 13th. Your help was greatly appreciated. Many thanks and keep up the good work!

The service can be lackluster sometimes but they have great deals on things you need the most. Toilet paper, frozen meats, holiday items and snacks are all great deals.

Worst customer experience ever!! My wife who is a teacher here in Winston Salem called in to get information on purchasing some contacts. The woman she spoke with name Lynn was very rude and disrespectful. My wife who is a Christian was not rude and was just asking basic questions about what she needed to have to come in and fill her rx. Lynn was short and talked down to her like my wife was a child. She went as far to tell my wife that a RX was a piece of paper you get from a doctor in a derogatory tone. Why would anyone treat a customer this way?? But wait it gets better! When my wife walked by me in tears I asked her what was wrong and I called back and got Lynn and asked for a supervisor.. Lynn immediately got defensive and started blaming my wife like she was ignorant! WOW... So, I called back like Lynn told me to and I have now been on hold for 47 minutes and counting... So sad. I really liked Sams Club. I will never go to that Sams Club again and I will tell everyone I know that lives here in Winston Salem about our horrible experience.. You would think with our country being in a recession you would want to keep customers and treat them with respect. Not at the Sams Club at 930 Hanes Mall Boulevard, Winston-Salem, NC 27103

There is never enough cashiers in this store but there always lots of employees doing nothing. You never know,when you get in a checkout line,if the cashier will or walk away.As a whole,most employees are not very friendly or professional.
