The best physical therapists in southern New Hampshire. My doctor highly recommended them, and I can see why. They weren't satisfied until my knee was back to being the best it could be. It is a small enough facility that the therapists can give the individual attention needed for your therapy. They're knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to go there again.
The first time I went to Physical Therapy Center of Milford I was in 9th grade. I had something as simple as a twisted ankle, but for some reason, despite doing physical therapy at another location, my ankle kept being injured and was very slow to heal. After being at PTOM for 15 minutes or less my physical therapist asked me to walk, told me I needed orthotics as my feet were misaligned. After doing some therapy and getting orthotics, it was almost 10 years before i even twisted my ankle again. During the course of my life, some bad luck has sent me back to PTOM, and each time I am happy to see the therapists there, and feel that I am getting great care. I had misaligned vertebrae in by back, now fixed for 8 years, no recurrences, misalignment of my knee caps, shin splints, and tennis elbow and each time I have received the very best care. I am now a Registered Nurse, working with physical therapists at my job, and recommending (with of course no compensation) PTOM to any patients in the Milford Area. While I have had some bad luck/hiccups and been to physical therapy alot more than the average person who is 26 years of age, I do not have recurrences of my previous injuries. I can honestly say, not to be melodramatic, that should I live to be 90 years old that my entire life will be better due to the things I have been taught over the years at PTOM. being not the over-dramatic type, I feel foolish saying such a things, but it is, nonetheless, true.
They are great! They really listen to your needs and help you get back to top shape
