Over the past 5+ years, Denise has helped me walk through (and come out the other side) each episode my crazy body experiences. Moving here, my back and hips were in tremendous pain, Denise worked on me, taught me how to live differently (brush teeth standing on one foot) and to think before I move the wrong way, lift incorrectly or ... NOT exercise at home. She helped prepare me for breast cancer surgery and followed up afterward. Tennis elbow was a surprise and the fix even more surprising! I had back surgery this past March (2013) ... she helped me BEFORE the surgery when I could barely walk and was limited to bed for a couple of months. Then after the surgery, she has taken me from complete inactivity to building atrophied muscles that would rather stay that way and stretching nearly gone flexibility. I am excited for my future, I've had the greatest coach ... warmest smile and of course, the good medicine of seeing Tucker greet me at the door. Want personal treatment? Amazing!!!! If I could wrap Denise up and take her home I would. At this point in my therapy with Cornerstone I'm blown away with the improvement of my quality of life. I no longer feel like I 'm 90 years old seating in my car at the end of a work day, wondering how I am going to make it in the house or even to work the next day! I can walk into an appointment with my back and/or neck feeling like crap, not able to turn or twist and every muscle in my mid to upper back yelling. And in 45 minutes I feel little to NOTHING for pain. I was ready to throw in the towel at 47 years old my Doctor and Husband wouldn't let me give up.
