This rite aid is poor, I finally changed pharmacy's after 6 months of poor service at the glassboro rite aid. They are always out of stock, they tell you to come in the next day to pick up your script and when you come, they say it was never ordered so your inconvenienced by waiting another day. I was picking up the same scripts every month, you would think they would keep the med's in stock! They dont own up to there errors, they just nastly blow you off. They dont place curtosy calls to let you know your script is in or nothing. I remember being sick for a week during a snow storm because they forgot to order my script two days in a row and I didnt even get an apology. The last straw was when I went a month ago to fill my scripts on a Friday, they told me they have to order, come back Saturday after 12 pm, I returned Saturday at 3pm, first they handed me someone elses script, then the guy said my insurance company is not covering. I asked for my scripts back and took them to CVS on Buck road in glassboro, 10 minutes later the lady gave me my script. come to find out, the pharmacist at rite aid never called the insurance company so he lied about my insurance company not covering my script. CVS is great, I always get my scripts filled the same day, no more waiting to order. CVS values me as a customer and they saw my script has refills so they make sure they have it in stock so I dont have to wait. They are great. Goodbye rite aid, and careful how you treat your remaining customers, there's a walgreens right next door.
