Not bad in terms of dental care, had a long wait but the staff seemed to know what they were doing. They had all of my insurance information, calculated my copayment and then preceeded to give me a treatment not covered by my insurance. They never told me it wasn't covered and left me with the bill. Not good service in my opinion. My old dentist (who has sadly retired now) always told me what was covered and if he reccomend something that wasn't covered he explained why he thought it was better and he let me decide. I am going to have to find a more transparent dentist than Joe Valles
