Rude, rude rude!!! My first visit, got turned around and was 20 minutes behind. I could fill one piece of paper out, in what, 2 minutes, but they turned me away. There was 1 person in the freaking lobby. So I can imagine, just how self centered and God complexed, these stuck up,nasty people are. Don't waste your time going here, you WILL regret it. Oh, and the receptionist was dressed like a who're, for Halloween, at work, nice!!!!

Had a first appointment, and then I scheduled an afternoon appointment the following month. They called to confirm a MORNING appointment the day before the second appointment. When I told them the morning appointment would not work, they said they would call me back with a makeup afternoon appointment. They never called, so I called them back. They blamed the mistake on a person who no longer worked there. They then offered to schedule a makeup appointment more than a month later. I decided to go elsewhere since I didn't think it should take this many months to have a mole removed. Also, if you fill out paperwork, don't bother checking the box on the that says you are not interested in overpriced skin care products like the 24-hour sunscreen. I checked the box, but they still herded me into a room with a cosmetics seller before I left the office.
