it was very good i enjoyed going to the dentist this time and they ingaged with you and talked with you. they were all very friendly and helpful going down to the person in the back working on the files.

Im 28 years old and am relegated to a soft-food diet because of the work done at Dentalville. Their dentist is narrow-minded and not up with the times. On several occasions I mentioned articles I found on dentistry on the internet (on teeth whitening in this particular case) and her response each time was, You cant believe anything you see on the internet. Its the 21st Century, lady, is all I kept thinking when talking to this narrow-minded individual. When I had almost a dozen cavities filled, they kept my mouth pried open the whole time without giving my jaw a rest. After several months of going in to get the cavities filed down, I finally figured out on my own that they dislocated my jaw. It has been very difficult trying to get this treated and the problem fixed and Dentalville will take no responsibility. When I finally found out what the problem was, they eventually moved my case to corporate. However, every time I called to talk with the head of corporate, Vianna Haynes, she is conveniently out to lunch or will return my call. After leaving about 10 messages I have never once heard back from them except for a month ago ... when they called to remind me it was time for my annual cleaning. I could not believe the nerve of these people. After they have forced me to eat a soft-foods diet and ignored all of my calls, they now want me to continue to use them for my checkup? Are you serious? I was never mean to anyone whenever I called, but when they asked me to come in for my checkup, I went off on the guy! The only reason I used them was because their prices looked the cheapest. However, when they get you locked into a plan, their work is actually very pricey. My fillings were very expensive and obviously regret seeing them every day of my life.

My husband and I went there for a preventive cleaning and check up...they took sooooo long to even get to us...we waited in the x-ray chairs each for an hour while the docs and hygienists ate their sandwiches in full view.....they finally took x-rays that were painful with no ease, and with no tact followed by some more waiting....the dr. never touched my teeth before he decided was wrong with them...then only cleaned my mouth with a spray of water and 3 scrapes to get the plaque form my teeth. he never used floss, or got polish on my teeth. this process took all of five minutes.....i thought i was crazy, but after talking with my husband, he had the same problems with them! They even charged $110 more for a DEEP cleaning! He never even got it....He got the five minute rinse! Shame on this company!! We've filed a complaint with them for ill-performance. it will probably go nowhere, but we will do whatever we can to keep people from going here!!!!! They're the worst worst worst health facility i have ever been to, hands down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
