The staff at the Rockland office are not the nicest. Had work done, the doctor called to deliver results, told me to make an appointment to see him the next week. As I was waiting, was expecting a transfer, but then the line died. So I called to make another appointment, was given one two weeks away. Called to cancel and to make a change as something else came up, they cancelled then hung up. Called back to make an appointment, they said "We canceled you" and hung up. Tried one more time, told my appointment was canceled. I asked why wasn't I offered another appointment, reply: "Because you canceled." And another hang up.
