I had a great experience at Dr. Pierce's office. The entire staff make you feel so welcoming. My brother now goes to the same dentist. I am also bringing my daughter in as well. This is the best dentist office I have ever been too.

Dr. Pearce and his staff were amazing. He was so patient, and understanding when I told him I was very afraid of needles/Novocaine. He calmly discussed the procedure with me and what he could do to assist me in anyway possible. Throughout the procedure, he continuously asked how I was doing and was genuinely interested in my well-being and to ensure I was comfortable. Can't say enough positive things about my visit!!

When you go to the Baldwinsville Gentle Dentistry they treat you so nice. They are all very professional and the dentist seems to care. I am actually thinking about switching just because of the way they are. Thank you for making my visit nice. Lorie Gilbert

My family and I had our first appointment with Baldwinsville Gentle Dentistry this morning and we were so impressed! The staff is so friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. They are amazing with kids, my 4 year old daughter now loves going to the dentist. The TV with head phones, massage chairs, and keurig in the waiting room were just the icing on the cake. I will be returning there for further dental work and a minor surgical procedure for which they made sure I would be able to have the IV sedation and helped me find a payment plan for what insurance would not cover. They are absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend them.

I had a great cleaning, very gentle, love the head phones.. takes me away for a bit.. Actually the cleaning was a very relaxing part of a very hectic day. Great Job Team Pearce!!
