Having worked in the healthcare business (Nurse, Practice Manager) for 18 years, I tend to scope out new office's with a careful eye. No need to here! These folks have EVERY DETAIL COVERED! The welcoming decor, juice, coffee, TV, free WiFi, comfy chairs, ample seating, tooth brushes in the bathroom. What's not to LOVE?! The reception staff are extremely friendly and know you on a first name basis by the end of your visit. Finger Lakes Dental does offer a patient portal, so you may view your patient balance, pay past due amounts, and see any record of past and future appointments. At the dental chair you will find very competent hygienists and Dentists. My teeth cleaning was great! I had my wisdom teeth removed for my second visit. Of course, DRY SOCKETS!! EVERY single person I spoke to was courteous, understanding, and did everything they could to work me in for treatment. I really can't say enough about Dr. Wendy and the staff at Finger Lakes Dental. I am so glad I have found a new Dental home, and I no longer DREAD going to the dentist!

Dr Jason and his entire team take PRIDE and DEDICATION into not ONLY educating you and your family on ways to keep your teeth in the best shape ever, But they take the time to KNOW you as a person. Do you know how when you go to most appointments whether it is a primary doctor,eye care appointment or anything else they say can we help you and you have to tell them "who you are" NOT at Finger Lakes Dental- As you walk through the door they not only GREET you by NAME say you are checked in, ask how are you doing, but ask about things they have learned about you through your sharing like hobbies,sports,things that make you laugh ect. My mouth was a disaster before going to FLD and now I am back on track and in just for cleanings no more work to be done. I owe this to the WHOLE staff educating me on the proper ways to brush the right tools and products to use specifically to my teeth and sensitivity. FLD is the BEST Dental group you can go to and have your expectations exceeding every time with professional compassion and caring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Freud said there are no such things as accidents. If he's right, the only explanation for me going in a day early for my appointment was that I couldn't wait to see all of the beautiful people at FLDC even one more day. Finger Lakes Dental Care, Dr. Marshall, Friday, life doesn't get any better than that. Geoff is so personable, patient, talented, quick, and like everyone else, takes the time to explain all the options. Whoever is responsible for setting the tone and putting together this professional group of people would make Lee Iacoca and Steven Covey look like dufusses. I can't believe that anyone anywhere is in better hands.

I have been going here since 2002. Best dentist office ever. I didn't even attempt to find a dentist when I moved to NYC in 2004. After 9 years in NYC, I still do not have a local dentist. Why mess with a good thing? I come back to visit my parents and always find a way to squeeze in a visit to the dentist. Dr Jason is the best!!

There are just so many good things to say about this practice - the friendly and professional staff, the ease of scheduling appointments, the text reminders before my appointment. There is almost no wait to speak of and everything always seems so efficient. This last visit I had a different hygienist and although the neurotic part of me wished that I had known about it before my appointment, the rational part of me was very glad that I didn't because I would have for sure canceled my appointment and missed out on the opportunity to meet another one of the wonderful members of Dr. Tanoory's team. The amazing thing about this was that she had never met me, but already knew my fears without me having to explain a thing and worked at my pace without ever making me feel foolish. There is no way to explain how reassuring that is. As long as I can convince myself to keep going to the dentist, I will never go anywhere else!
