Best Vision in Chaffee, NY has many eye glass frames to choose from. In fact more than most stores in the area. The store is well kept and modern. The employees are very friendly and always have a smile. This however is what you are spending your extra money on. The prices are overinflated for what you get. Don’t expect much of a discount here. My most recent transaction with Best Vision has left a really bad taste in my mouth. To make a long story short, don’t expect that all the smiling faces, nicety and extra money you paid to Best Vision for your glasses to result in better customer service. If you have an issue down the road and you were a long time customer like me, you may end up sorry you did business with these people

I have been a Best Vision customer for about 8 years now and I absolutely love them. Dr. Swach is amazing, he answers all of my questions and does not make me feel rushed during my exams. The staff are so friendly it creates such a warming atmosphere. Whenever I walk in I am always greeted within minutes. This time I was looking for new glasses as I had lost my other pair and there was a special running for Frames 2 For $69, WHAT A STEAL! I couldn't pass this up so with my fresh eye exam I picked out my frames and was on my way. Not even 6 hours later I received a message that BOTH of my glasses were ready for pick up! I would definitely recommend Best Vision to any one out there!!!!
