Dr. Sprague has taken my anxiety out of dental services with what seems to be the latest in digital dental technology and a calming approach and professional skill. He thoroughly represented my dental profile (full and individual X-rays as well as High-Res tooth photos) and how we would proceed forward for treatment. Price estimates were given as he walked me through high resolution pictures that were displayed of my individual teeth; on a mounted television. This was important to me because i was paying cash. When you pay a significant chunk of change right out of your pocket, it was very reassuring to gain such a vivid understanding of my dental profile and how best to proceed. Through multiple procedures i have come to realize what real professional dentistry is... Visible fillings were not just matched in color and sanded adequately, they were simply indistinguishable from the enamel and finely sculpted. Extra time was taken to establish the bite profile with the bite paper. I have been rushed through this before but Dr. Sprague was patient and made sure it was correct. Anyone who has had work done and had their bite seem "adjusted" by that work... You appreciate the care given to those little details. The entire staff is friendly and the environment is clean and professional. they let you watch Tv while they work on you. Also every procedure has been relatively painless. I do not know if these people genuinely care or are just this proud of their work... my guess is both, but i am sticking with the harrowing bicycling ascent to get to my apointments... Which is the only real gripe i have, pedaling up the steep grade of the hill happens to be the only painful part of whole experience.
