They overcharged me and then had the nerve to send me a bill when I paid in full prior to leaving. I tried multiple times to straighten this out with the office manager and she refuses to come to the phone. The insurance found that they over charged me and she hung up the phone when they called her to ask why. Terrible business practice! Big Scam needs to be looked into.

I HAVE TRIED IN VAIN FOR THREE DAYS TO BE SEEN FOR A DENTAL EMERGENCY. THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE PROMISED TO. Although I had all the paperwork to prove they are my providing dentist and have my insurance proof card and paperwork they refused to see me on a technicality of they don't have my name in their system I called and went in this Monday with a dental emergency. They promised to fit me in by yesterday. I contacted my insurance provider who faxed the infor to them yesterday. I have left messages and spoken to several of the receptionists with their promises to call me back. Now it is three days of trying to survive with advil.
