I'm Very pleased with my visit to aspen dental. Everyone was extremely pleasant, informative, and made me feel comfortable being in a dental office. Great staff. Id recommend Aspen Dental to my friends and family.
Dr. Gulati and his Dental Assistant, Jimmie were both very gentle and considerate. There was no pain involved and they had to work on a very old crown. They fully explained all the procedures as they took place or were about to take place. I also am very pleased with the Dental Hygienist. She was wonderful. Forgive me I do not know her name. The first good impression I had upon my first visit was that they took my blood pressure. It made me feel secure knowing they were taking all precautions before working on my teeth. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental. I also miss Dr. Boaty who has since left that office. He was also wonderful. Complete Scammers. I went in because of Ringing in my ears and hearing loss. This is caused due to a form of TMJ, and I was told by an Aspen Dental Rep that they specialize in this problem and they would help me. So I make an appointment, go in, and they first run my insurance and apparently they couldn't even figure out how to run it through their computers correctly. I take an x-ray, and I am told I need "more than a tooth cleaning" and they make me do 2 separate visits for tooth cleaning BEFORE I can talk to a Oral Surgeon. I do the 2 cleanings, and I end up PURPOSELY being billed for cleaning materials which they KNOW isn't covered by insurance. I go again, and I am told I would have to pay MORE money for a 2nd cleaning. I tell them I didn't have that type of money, so they took me anyway, but didn't charge me the $80 something for the fluoride in the 2nd cleaning. Whatever. So on week 2, I get to FINALLY see the Oral Surgeon, who asks why I am here today. I say "TMJ" and he goes "What is TMJ?" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Talk about wasting my TIME and MONEY The lady there also kept fighting with my Wife about paying $50 for x-rays, when it IS COVERED BY OUR INSURANCE. They sent us a bill a few days ago. I just got off the phone with their billing department saying we have a ZERO BALANCE, AFTER I EXPLAINED ALL OF THIS. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE AT THE NEWBURGH OFFICE!! (By the way, I have recorded EVERYTHING they said on my iPhone, so they can't claim this all didn't happen.)
It was a complete pleasure to finally be able to go to a clean efficient dental office and not be afraid of the pain that usually comes with having major work done on your mouth. Your hygeniest , Adrianna is gentle but very efficient in cleaning my mouth. Dr. Markovitch did a suburb job with all the work that needed to be done. Your manager, Allison was able to set up a payment plan with a company with no interest and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Your entire office staff is friendly and professional besides being bright and clean. I will have no trouble telling my friends and family to visit your office. My sincere thanks, Barbara Duncan
As[previously stated by one of their patients, "Free is not Free". I was charged for first visit because I had applied to a discount plan. Also, I was made to wait and spent approx. 4 andd a half hours in their office. On my second appointment I was told their had been an error in my appointment scheduled, then told I could come back in an hour for a periondatal consultation and when I came back, I was,again, made to wait over an hour. Finally, I left without being seen.
