Q Dental Group
Reviews
Every other review about this place is 100% accurate. The hygenists and dentists are great. The check in and front end secretaries are notrotious. Mean women that seriously make it known that they hate their jobs and clearly do not want to be there. I went in for an extraction which took me 30 days to be accomodated. And then when the dentist could not help me but only refer me to an oral surgeous. There was NO SENSE of urgency especially since I was in incredible pain. They would not work around my work schedule or take any sense of priority for me. There should be a basic sense of customer service 101 amongst these women. Especially since I was overly pleasant and nice to them. Miserable Staff.
everyone is so sweet and are willing to stop there busy schedules to come talk to you to hold it hand it's a blessing to have them do my teeth I was so scared hadn't been to a dentist since I was 13yrs old because of sacredness but Andrew and his team yes THANKYOU Marie as well u all are life savers
As can be seen from my 5 stars, I think Q Dental Group on Long Pond Rd. is outstanding. Very professional with great service and fair prices, I'm satisfied.
Institutional dentistry. The office is clean and bright enough but the size of the operation, and the turnover and disinterested demeanor of the secretaries, makes it quite impersonal - makes one long for the days of a small family dentist that you actually knew. They do manage to make sure we get the same hygienist every time which helps make it feel more familiar. I is annoying that they have to re-schedule very frequently - something like 1/3 of my appointments over the past 5 years.
So far I have had 6 visits to q dental in the past 4 months and each time was a new experience what with getting 4 fillings and then getting all of my wisdom teeth out so I've pretty much learned what to expect when going into the place. What I've learned is they do amazing teeth work. All of my fillings were done fast and my wisdom teeth removal was comfortable and without complications. The dentists are extremely nice and easy to talk to. But it seems like all of that is spoiled when you go up to the checkout desk. 90% of the people behind that desk are completely incapable of simple tasks. Almost every single time they need to call some older woman over so that she can check me out. One time I had to prior out a root canal (I ended up not needing it) to see if it was covered by my insurance company and I was at the checkout for 15 minutes because they lost the prior form! It was absolutely ridiculous. But of course what really matters is the dental work and I couldn't be more happy with it.
