I recently went to Aspen Dental in Vestal, NY as a new patient, and found my experience to be a very positive one. After getting x-rays and an initial exam done, I was promptly scheduled for a cleaning visit the NEXT day. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. What made my experience particularly positive was the work of Rachel Reed, RDH. She provided very knowledgeable and friendly service. She is very thorough in her work and is very helpful in communicating the work that is being done, practices you should continue for proper care between office visits, etc. The attention to detail and thoroughness of the staff made my visit well worth it. Overall, being my first visit to the dentist in quite some time, I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and quality of work. Will continue to use Aspen Dental as my primary dental care.

Overall, I had a good experience at Aspen dental. My first few visits, I did not like it. In hindsight, I would ask them not to do the flouride rinse or any unnecessary xrays (ex., if you have no pain or problems). But then I found dental hygenist Rachel Reed. I've loved every visit I've had with her! She's the best! Very knowledgeable, and made every experience a great one. Ask for her for your regular cleaning; you won't regret it!

Horrible service. Every time me and my husband go we wait over an hour to get in i had to have a tooth extracted..A week later I am still in pain. I called they told me to come in. I sat for over an hour waiting, when I asked how much longer they said possibly half hour. Another lady in the waiting room went to the reception 2 times to ask when she was going to be seen. I told them we were. Done going there and the receptionist got snotty. Do not go here!

I am 38 years old and had to go to the dentist for the first time in my entire life. I had to have a tooth pulledtoday and I was so nervous. Dr. Marconi and the entire staff were so reassuring and kind it was awesome! Will definitely be back again for future dental care. The whole place was spotless and welcoming...awesome place.

Been going to Aspen dental, Vestal office, three year now and so far they are the best. They all work as a team from front desk to dentists. My hygienist, Hardeep, has always handled my cleaning with lots of perfection. She does her work thoroughly with lots of care. She is also friendly and easy to talk to. Too sad she is leaving. How I wish I could make my next visit while she is still at the office.
