They were very nice in the office, and the treatment generally seemed good (but it didn't fix my neck issues). But before the appointment, they sat down with me and told me how much my insurance would cover, and that turned out to be completely wrong. I ended up paying hundreds of dollars for just a few appointments. It was pretty frustrating. I would recommend double checking with your insurance yourself, rather than taking them at their word.
