This pharmacy refused to provide my husband his medication because they said it was too costly for them to carry. They were very rude and told us to go to a different pharmacy, which we did gladly. I was very surprised because we had been going there for years, but as soon as we tried to use a coupon our doctor gave us for the medicine they treated us very badly. Our new pharmacy has no problem providing us with our needed medicine. So I guess Rite Aid is more concerned about making a buck than providing for their patients.

If you're calling these people rude, I can quickly conclude that this is a reflection on you! They are always courteous and friendly to me! I visit this Pharmacy at least 3x a month. I have been waited on by every clerk there. Not once have I been treated poorly!!! Check yourself my reviewer friend!

They love to rip off customers by not excepting coupons. The pharmacy workers are always super slow and very rude. I now go to the competition across the street who also delivers.

Super friendly staff and very helpful. Often call the doctor directly to get refills for me. The only place I go for prescriptions.
