I have been to this Urgent Care several times, each time I have been in and out in roughly an hour to an hour and a half depending on the amount of people that are in the facility. All the staff is very friendly and helpful with questions, and the doctors have always resolve my health issue that I came to the facility for. A great place to go when you can't get in to see your family doctor.

I visited the East Broad client as a last resort! Upon arriving the waiting room was full; however, it quickly turned around. I waited less than an hour, upon diagnosing the problem the entire medical staff was awesome, they told me step by step what they were doing from start to finish. They answered all questions and prepared for the home care. I could not have been happier with my entire experience. You cannot put a price on good care!

I was in and out within about 40 minutes. Everyone, the lady at the window, the nurses, the PA, and the doctor were very nice. They gave me written home care and follow up information as I left.

Excellent staff! Just expect to wait. Everybody sick duh...

Inhumane, heartless, and cruel. I was in intense pain from a double ear infection. I writhed in pain for days couldn't sleep. The doctor chastised me for taking too much acetaminophen, saying I was going to damage my liver and kidneys. Then he prescribed me 500mg of acetaminophen. Not only was he void of compassion; not only did he choose to do nothing to help a suffering person, but his course of treatment went against his own advice. He gave me something he told me not to take. And he got paid well for it. Please don't go there. They really don't care about you or your health.
