MANY OF THE ABOVE POSTS SHOULD BE QUESTIONED! First of Meg Gross claiming she is a nurse and she took her son there for airway related problems? Seriously? Urgent Care is for those issues that are NOT life threatening but still urgent enough that you can get treatment quicker than going to your local physician or family doctor. If I had an airway or heart related problem where I ended up in any medical facility that this Meg Gross worked at as a nurse I wouldn't want her touching me! If her son had an airway problem, she should had taken her son to the nearest Hospital Emergency Room. The other post like this one should again be seriously questioned. I have been to Hometown Urgent Care in Delaware numerous times. Earlier this summer I had what I thought was a cold or flu that I went to my family doctor for. They told me to ride it out and I will be fine. If I was not felling better in a few days, then come back. A few days later I went back and then I was told, yes you have have something but they could not do anything for me and if I wasn't over it in 12-14 days then again come back. I was pushing 3 weeks... HELLO! So I went to Hometown Urgent Care. I no sooner than I got my paperwork filled out I was getting treatment! 5-10 mins tops! I told the doctor what I had been going through and said I needed an antibiotic. He examined me and within 5 minutes I was done with him saying yep you have a sinus infection. I will give you an Rx for an antibiotic and within 3 days you will be good. Sure enough, with my Rx by day 2 on it I was nearly back to normal! Each time I have been there, I have NEVER been there more than 30 mins. Maybe once 45 mins due to them being busy and others having more immediate problems than mine. It was always been clean and the staff very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and timely with m medical issues! I would have to wonder if some of these post above are not from competing facilities making negative posts. But again, USE YOUR HEAD people! If you have any kind of life threatening medical issue, go to your nearest Hospital E.R! If you can wait then go to your family doctor. If it is leg a cut, broken leg, arm, cuts, then that is the in between where you go to an Urgent Care for faster treatment of a family doctor and save money and time over a hospital.... DUH! Now I am going back for a serious bruise / cuts to my one knee for a work related incident.

My son has a controlled medical condition but was having a bit of trouble breathing due to a cold. This is by far the worst healthcare facility I have ever experienced! Do not go here! Your life may depend on it! First of all, we were the first in the door, and I told the receptionist that my son was having trouble breathing. It took them 17 minutes to call my son into an exam room (Yes, I kept track. I'm a nurse, too). All healthcare professionals should know basic triage procedures. Airway comes first and immesiately not 17 minutes later! Secondly, when the receptionist noticed I had not given my full social security number, she told me they would not see my son until I had provided it. I gave them the last four digits, but she stated, "It is our corporate policy not to see anyone until we have their full social security number. We use it to set up an account and guarentee payment". We have private insurance. I still refused telling her that we keep our SSNs private. The nurse practitioner came into the room in an apparent attempt to set me straight. She told me that I would have to leave and go to the ER since there was nothing they could do for me. Since I refused to give the SSN, she was not allowed to see my son and was refusing treatment. The nurse practitioner's name was Angela and she was so rude and condescending! I called another Urgent Care (Wedgewood Urgent Care on Sawmill Parkway). heyT do not require SSNs as a requirement for treatment, so we went there. They were great.

My son went here a week ago and was able to get in and out with everything turning out great!! My husband and I went there today (Sunday) and was able to get in early after suffering from a Sinus infection. We both were treated and in and out in no time. The provider and staff was more then friendly and the place is in beautiful condition. Great staff and great place!!!

Wonderful care facility! I visited for the first time, of course when I was feeling terrible, and was taken care of promptly without much wait time. The staff was very friendly and courteous as well as the physician who saw me. They were thorough and efficient and gave me exactly what I needed to feel better. The facility is new and very clean. I am a nurse and cleanliness is very important. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone!

I know of, or have personally had, 3 experiences at this location. On two of the experiences, to include one recently with a relative, was told that there was probably nothing they could do because of his age (under 5). They recommended we go to the ER because his stomach was upset. A friend of mine was also told to "see a doctor" for a routine problem less than six months ago. This place seems very ill-equipped to handle even the most minor of problems. Either go to the ER or the urgent care facility on SR-23 in Lewis Center instead of this one.
