the meat dept doesn't answer the phones at 10am on Sundays. but the supervisor did run over there and to get the info I needed. However he didn't know a corned beef brisket brisket from corned beef flat! Sigh and He tried tho :-(

It's sucks plain and simple

Went to self checkout, rang up purchase and proceeded to checkout using 2 methods of payment. After 2nd method, computer froze up. They handed my merchandise over to a cashier so she could ring me through and that's when the s!@t hit the fan. They didn't believe that I had been able to pay any portion of my purchase, therefore calling me a liar. I protested, in front of several people and they Still said there was no way I had paid any odd the purchase price. Called my debit card company and it had indeed been processed. They wouldn't talk to the person I had on the phone and they continued to say making that payment was impossible. Needless to say, I will Not spend my money in this location again! Call me a liar, you don't deserve my business

I was in there the other day to buy paint & I stood at the paint desk for 10 minutes before anyone came & asked me if I needed assistance. I then had to wait another 10 minutes before anyone who knew how to assist me came & helped me. Then , when I went to check out , there was only 5 of the 25 registers opened. None of the self checkouts were opened. It was the middle of the day. The lines were long. It was horrible. I just tried calling a few minutes ago because I lost my wallet & it took 5 times of me calling back to back to back for anyone to answer. The woman who answered was very short & rude & immediately hung up. I will not be going back to this Wal-Mart again if I don't have to.

Staff i spoke too was unfriendly and rude. I was looking for a specific product that the app said was in stock. The department lead assured me it was wrong and would not check the back. I spoke with customer service and asked about the item's stock status. I explained the situation and they said there was nothing they could do to look it up. I should have found a manager but i was already fed up and left.
