DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! They say they open at 8.....they dont! They show up late and they let tons of people sit for 11/2 hours knowing there was no doctor there!!!!!!! They took our money and everything, they acted like this is a regular thing! The lady at the front said "the doctor isn't usually this late"....Which means they are always late.....just not 11/2 hours late?!!!!!!! This place is insane!!! They are also privatly owned so I cant get a phone number for the guy that owns it to let him know how bad his employees are! Go to Rapid Response or anywhere but here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took my kids here at 8am....the lady arrived to unlock the door at 8:10am! They open at 8am?!!!!! We filled out paper work and paid them......sat for an hour and a half......there was NO doctor there!!!!! They just kept taking people, having them fill out paper work and taking their money....knowing there was no doctor!!!! DONT GO HERE!!!!! So unprofesional!!!!!!!

I have a friend who has been here since 3pm and its now 6:55 and has only been in the room for the last thirty minutes and hasn't been seen. the waiting room is full and people out there are grumbling about the wait too! get it together people

Patient (girlfriend) saw the doctor at Urgent Care early in morning, she has had breathing problems all weekend and this was the first doctor that could see her. Doctor claimed she would send a prescription out to Rite Aide right away. 6 hours later and 4 phone calls later the prescription still hasn't gotten to Rite Aide. This doctor had to have her money right away, but doesn't seem to feel she has to do her job. Your better off to go somewhere else!

The nurse practioner who saw us (Vickie) was great! We had a long wait, but there were a lot of people waiting to be seen.
