This is the worst Wal-Mart I have ever been to. It's small, dirty, smelly and out of order. All of the stuff is disorganized, and not like a normal Wal-Mart. There is a bunch of stuff everywhere instead of in different departments. They have very limited stuff, and whatever they have is usually out of stock. They keep their shelves very disorganized, and don't care about it. Most of their workers are a bunch of loud obnoxious black people who screw around the whole time. A lot of their customers are white trash. WORST. WAL-MART. EVER!

Never have any register lanes open, long lines, employees that cant tell a tv from a pencil, filth EVERYWHERE, run down building, disorganized, and complete jerks. I swear I will never come back here!

Worst. Walmart. EVER! The associates are rude and lazy. The manager is disinterested. The selection is limited. The store is disorganized and dirty. If you have a choice, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I like Walmart as they offers inexpensive products but the service here in Mayfield Heights is so horrible especially the sales associate in food department and in baby section.. OMG! VERY POOR SERVICE! It seems they don't know what is the definition of customer service. This black guy in food department doesn't know what he's doin', he will just answer you I'm sorry i don't know it is because i'm just new here.. oh really? in baby section, the black guy too will just stare at u as your asking about certain product and don't know what to answer? It seems their butt is so heavy that they can't move very fast as manly.. Not all black people i know is like that but it happened two black guys are like this.. Some knew how good customer service is..

Dirty building, lazy employees, poor selection, empty shelves, products mixed up in shelves and products littering the floors. Don't even try finding office supplies here. The entire store needs to be reorganized or maybe shut down.
