As an athlete, I have gone to see Dr. Holden a few times and have always had a great experience! I've been to other chiropractors before that will pop and crack you with unnecessary adjustments but this is not the case with Dr. Holden. Dr. Holden truly cares about his patients. The technology he uses in his practice makes for a quick diagnosis and fix to whatever you might need. I very highly recommend this family business to friends all the time!!!!

Quick & accurate results! Seeing the digital motion x-ray in action was amazing but the most impressive part of my treatment is how painless, simple and quick the adjustments are. I too, have been to other chiropractors that would adjust every part of my body hoping to fix my problem when in reality they just left me in more pain and in need of further treatments. My recent visit to Holden’s Family Chiropractic Clinic was most thorough and accurate appointment of my life. After my initial consultation, Dr. Holden immediately knew what needed fixed and aligned my spine and neck in the same appointment. I had been a dental assistant for 3 years, and the constant twisting did a number on my lower back. I also had very limited mobility in my neck, and by the time I had gotten in my car to pull out of the parking lot, I noticed I had a lot more free range of motion and it was easier for me to look behind and check my blind spots. This was my first ever chiropractic visit and I was very impressed with the results. I walked out the door feeling 100% better. His equipment is modern and helped me to visually understand what my problem areas were. The digital motion x-ray was outstanding and helped me see how poor my condition was. The difference in how I felt before and after my appointment was remarkable. I am also an athlete, which makes it very important to be in great physical and working condition. I am able to go to practice and notice an incredible difference in my abilities for the better. Visiting Dr. Holden was a wonderful and relaxing experience and I would recommend his services to anyone with spinal or joint discomfort.
