Overall, I like the office. The whole experience, however is tarnished by the fact that I received a bill for $37 for a single serving fluoride mouth rinse. I am concerned about their business model. I tend to be fairly cautious when dealing with dentists and they appear to be no different. You can buy an entire bottle of Crest fluoride rinse for a couple dollars. Given that I'm a new patient and don't have much vested...I'll probably look around for a new dentist unless they correct this.
I broke a tooth in early 2012 but refused to go to any dentist because of fear. I had horrible experiences when I was little and when I was old enough to be on my own I simply didn't go to the dentist, ever. At the time my tooth broke it had been about 14 years since I was at a dentist, oral surgeon to be exact, and that was only to get my wisdom's cut out. In October 2012 my tooth broke more and exposed the nerve. By January I couldn't take it anymore and made an reluctantly made an appointment at Aspen in Steubenville. Once I was in the office and the ladies started talking to me I started feeling comfortable but still very scared. They listened to my dental horror stories and assured me that absolutely nothing like what happened in the past will happen with them. They walked me through what they were going to do, step by step, and continued to talk to me throughout my whole appointment as Dr. Yang pulled that broken tooth out. By that time nearly all my fears went away and I was pretty happy to be there. We then went over a treatment plan and they all continually made sure I was comfortable and understood, and that I had nothing to be afraid of with them. At my second appointment I got a cleaning and then Dr. Yang fixed and filled two of my teeth. I was very nervous going in, but they immediately made me feel safe and comfortable. Krishele, Amy F, Amy B, and Dr. Yang are 4 of the most wonderful people I have ever met. The other people in the office were all very nice and understanding as well but I don't know everyone's names! I have another appointment scheduled and I am not afraid anymore, I am actually excited to go back!! I cannot thank them enough for helping me overcome my fears, their professionalism and understanding, and of course for fixing my teeth up!!!!
Excellent customer service, friendly and clean atmosphere. Always taken care of when I go in for my appointments.
i felt that my experience was awesome the company should reconize all the important people who run the office.kelly is the most amzing person to deal with she was very hands on with my treatment plan.Krishele is awesome aswell she was very gental with asisting with dr yang while receiving my treatment.Now for dr yang most amazing dentist ever.very talkative polite and light handed. i will would be glad to recomend this fine establishment to any and all.thanks michael c wayt
My wife was in tears from pain. The lazy nurses wouldn't call in a referral. They wouldn't let her see the dentist WHO REFERRED HER TO PEOPLE WHO DON'T TAKE OUR INSURANCE. They told her it was medical not dental which the surgeon THEY REFERRED HER TO said it was dental?!? Horrible place. Can't wait to get my Blue Cross back to see a real dentist.
