3 months in a row my local "The Plains, Ohio" Rite Aid Pharmacy has been out of pain medicine for my over a decade old chronic back issues involving 6 bad discs in my back and 2 in my neck. I was told on multiple occasions "oh well it's on order and it should be in the next day or 2..." 3 days later on those occasions and still "not in". I am on a pain scheduled agreement with my pain clinic and cannot be changing my pharmacy and those ignorant people at Rite Aid know it, so it's no big deal for them to act like they don't care while people suffer. I've been using Rite Aid for over 40+ years when they were "Reed's Drug Store" and cannot believe how badly those people act towards customers!!!
