I really recommend Aspen Dental. They helped me with my dental needs. Everyone in the office were super nice. The girl who did the cleaning was extra gentle and explained how to clean your own teeth. I really liked it.

When I first started going to Aspen Dental I liked my entire experience. The staff was friendly with a few exceptions and the dentist that was working with me was very understanding and explained everything. This was 6 months ago. The dentist I was previously going to had quit and gone to another practice. Now 6 months later my experience was the absolute worst! I have never had this bad of a dental experience in my life. (I have had a ton of work done over my 26 years due to medications and pregnancies ruining my teeth) I went in for tooth pain that was caused by an infection from a tooth that was already been fixed in that office prior. Instead of giving me an antibiotic like every other dentist does and then drill on my tooth he had chosen to go ahead and drill a hole in it anyways. I was NOT NUMB THE WHOLE TIME! I screamed and cried it hurt so bad. My face had a slight bit of swelling when I went into the office and now my eye is almost completely swollen shut, I can not talk AT ALL because of how swollen my mouth is, my face is three times the size it should be right now and it hurts so bad I can not touch my own face, I have never had a blister in the roof of my mouth after a dentist appointment but now there is a blister that covers the entire roof of my mouth and it hurts so bad I can not eat anything so the antibiotic has made me really sick, I am in 10x more pain than what I was before I went in with the infection, and he wouldn't give any pain medication to me after it was authorized by my OBGYN that he could. He told me to have my OBGYN decide what to give me. She can not prescribe me anything because she is not the one that performed the procedure. I called a dentist this morning and low and behold the words that came out of his mouth were "omg who did this to you?" Now I have to wait for some of this to heal before they can cover this hole in my tooth. To top it off I referred my father there a few months ago and he stabbed my father in the lip with the numbing needle not once but twice and he completely screwed up my fathers tooth. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST AT ALL!! BEWARE!! UPDATE: I actually called back in today to see what they would say about something. I explained to the receptionist that the infection was getting way worse than it was before and that it has been traveling. I feel it in my entire face now, down in my throat, my sinuses, and in my right eye socket, but before she would let me get that all out she just said take the antibiotic and it will go away. PS your not the dentist so shouldn't you have asked him? The only thing she was concerned about was telling me my balance and that I would need to pay that before they would see me..which is a ridiculous amount of money since the insurance company and I had already paid them more than it should have been....I actually went to the hospital and they informed me that THE ANTIBIOTIC IS NOT WORKING and that I NEEDED A STRONGER ONE because it was spreading...and I needed it asap because IM PREGNANT...yeah people should go to you...right...

I was hesitant about going to this office at first. Now, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.Two weeks ago I was in the office for a cleaning and Corrie did a super job. Im not sure what the Ladies name is that did the xrays but she was excellent. I had my cleaning and then was scheduled for a filling. Today I was there and Derika, Jolene, Crystal did a fantastic job. Derika is so professional and yet made me feel comfortable to be there. I was not looking forward to being in the dentist office for a filling but Derika put me at ease and I had no issues after that. My dentist Lakan was great he explained everything and always checked to make sure I was not in pain. I live 20 miles from Zanesville but I will keep Aspen as my choice for all my dental needs. No one in the office gave me a feeling that they were not happy to be working there. They all are a great group of professionals. I highly recommend this Dental Office.

Aspen Dental is NO normal dentist office. I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was extremely helpful. From the Receptionist Linda, Hygienist Corrie, Dr. Johnson, and Office Manager Crystal. I was treated as though I was the only patient there. I have always had a fear of dentist. But not now. I am looking forward to my six month checkups. Thank you Aspen!
