To Julio: While I have checked my records, I find absolutely nothing referring to "Julio" or "$1,000.00" in the past eight months. I am glad you have your cancelled check so that you were able to provide that to us, right? While I appreciate your concern for my bookkeeping skills, you can rest assured, I have very accurate records that are handled by two bookkeepers and two CPA's. In addition, you might have overlooked our policy of "We Never Not Honor A Gift Certificate or Prepay" which has been in existence for 13 years now. In that 13 years, I have NEVER had someone complain so outrageously on the internet and yet not even hear ANYTHING about it inside the spa or from either of the spa managers. Circumstances here seem very strange. I pride myself in providing the utmost in customer satisfaction, care and quality - which has been the same standard for 13 years now. I have flagged your review as inappropriate because I don't feel this situation ever occurred or is factual.
This place is wonderful. First time we have ever been to one together. We have never been pampered like we were when we went to the Therapy Center Day Spa. My wife was amazed as was I with the top notch treatment we received. We receive million dollar treatment for a little over $100. I will defiantly be visiting again!!!
Owner makes promises concerning products and services but doesn't fulfill those promises after being paid more than $1000. Take your business elsewhere if you don't want to get ripped off. It's definitely all about the money and not about the customer's satisfaction. Owner doesn't honor her word on services and somehow manages to lose records. Fortunately my prepayment was by check, however she could find no record of that. Wonder if the IRS knows how she's running that business? ;)
