I can not figure out how to edit my previous post so I am making another review for now. I spoke with Rachel in the office today and explained the insurance situation. Shortly thereafter the owner called to make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciated his call. We have made arrangements to see Dr. Smiley. We have been pleased with her services and are happy to continue!

My daughter liked Dr. Smiley but the office staff is horrible. They told me no one in the office took Aetna and I had to meet my deductible (500) then it would be 80/20. I told them I could not do that. When I checked with my insurance they had been paying as a network provider for months. Every office person I talk to tells me something different and Rachel will tell me she is going to review my account and call me back (3 times) and won't call back. I am going somewhere where the office staff cares about their patients.
