Dental Depot

Dr. Stephen Herren is a great dentist, I went in to see him on a Tuesday to look at a wisdom tooth, talked about that, and then did a full exam on my teeth and I needed a filling, he had time, so he offered to have that done for me. I then scheduled an appointment for a cleaning the following Friday, I went in for a cleaning with Connie Basham, big mistake, everything was good at the beginning, we were having a great conversation, until i felt pain which I never had with a cleaning, I raised my left hand, (which Dr. Herren had told me to do at the previous appointment if I felt any pain.) and she didn't stop, instead she told me "No I have to get this" so I grabbed her arm, not forcefully, and she told me not to grab her arm. That's when I pulled away and pulled the towel from my chest to my mouth and noticed that my whole mouth was bloody. I walked out crying as she was following me and my husband out of the room saying "aww sorry" in a sarcastic voice and saying she would schedule me a 2nd appointment. As if I would go back to her! It was the worst experience ever! I have never had an issue with or at the dentist before. If you do go there, please make sure you do not go with her (Connie Basham), and make sure there is someone there with you to make sure this does not happen to you. I did speak with the office manager Brandi Williams, and she assured me something will happen and that the problem will not go unseen.
These people suck their very rude unprofessional and ignorant They don't listen to none of your concern that you have they are uncaring people . They want the parents to wait in the waiting area so they can scream at your children. your best bet is to find somewhere else to go too and if you like dental depot find another 1 to go to ...
All of the folks here made me feel as if they had taken care of me for years. And this was my first time. Great for working people as they will work with you on Saturdays. Highly reccomend
Wow, I don’t know what happened with these other reviewer’s but I’ve been seen several times there. I also take my youngest son there. I’ve had nothing but good experiences there. I have never waited to long in the waiting room. I can think of at least two occasions when I was called before I even picked up a magazine and settled into a chair, once as a walk in even. I’ve seen Dr Daniel and more recently Dr To. Both were very considerate and made me feel unbelievably comfortable. I had to have a tooth pulled and had to come back and have the other 15 top one pulled. I was in and out. They were great about making sure over the next couple of days any discomfort I felt with the new dentures was met with relief. The entire staff was great. I usually saw the same people each time which made me that much more comfortable. My son said he always feels like they are nice to him and make him as comfortable as he can be. He’s only seven and has had a few visits to keep some slow growing adult teeth from coming in wrong. He never fights me on going. I spent most of my life dreading the dentist, and it cost me all of my teeth by the time I am finished with all of this. I wish these folks were around when I was a kid so I would have wanted to go back then.
do NOT go here. My first visit here I had DR. RYAN DANIEL. He was COCKY, ARROGANT, RUDE, CONDESCENDING and UNPROFESSIONAL. absolute WORST experience i've ever had with a dentist. i don't know if they teach "people skills" in dental school...if they don't, they should! somehow i ended up having a root canal done by him, HORRIBLE. while my mouth was propped open, he and the dental assistant decide to take a break for like 10 min. to discuss what they want for lunch! are you kidding me??! the did a horrible job on my root canal. it's not supposed to hurt after having your crown put on but it does. now i've got to find a different dentist to figure out what the heck is wrong. save yourself the pain and trouble. find someone else!
