I just love love love Missy and Kevin at the New Brighton, YMCA office!! I was there for 2 yrs because of two separate shoulder surgeries.. They work you pretty hard, but since they make you feel like family.. it makes the pain tolerable.. lol They really care about your recovery and do everything that they can to get you well. Plus they also have the therapy pool for those who would benefit from it which is an extra bonus! Jaimie has gone above and beyond in helping me also.. Thanks everyone.. hope you always are inside the YMCA.. I'm sure I'll need you again sometime!! I give them 10 stars.. Love you guys!
